Power Sunroof Module Replacement

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Close the sunroof.
2. Remove the headliner panel.
3. Disconnect the drain hose connections from the sunroof housing.
4. Remove the sunroof module bolts (2) with an assistant.
5. Remove the sunroof module (1), by pulling the module downward at the rear mounting points to disengage the white locating pins with an assistant.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Align the sunroof module with the white plastic locating pins with an assistant.
2. Push the module in a upward motion to engage the white locating pins with an assistant.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

3. Install the sunroof module bolts (2) with an assistant.

Tighten
Tighten the sunroof module bolts to 11 N.m (97 lb in).

4. Connect the drain hose connections to the sunroof housing.
5. Install the headliner finish panel.
