Load Test
- Connect voltmeter and ammeter to battery. Connect tachometer to engine. Disconnect ignition coil secondary wire from distributor and ground it. Turn ignition switch to "START" position.
- Cranking voltage should be 8 volts at 200 amps, with starter rotating at 1200 RPM or more.
