Description & Operation

The Mitsubishi generator is a conventional rotating field, 3-phase, self-rectifying type. Four positive and 4 negative diodes are used to rectify current. System is equipped with built-in voltage regulator which controls output voltage and warning light operation.

The on-off operation of transistor Tr1 connects and disconnects the field current flow, providing a constant level of output voltage. See WIRING DIAGRAMS  .

When any of the following problems occur, the charge light will illuminate:
