Camera View Angle Inspection Mode

Diagnostic procedure:

Drive the vehicle under the following conditions with the high beam assist ON in the night time.

• Activate the high beam assist operation (high beam assist indicator illuminates).
• Drive at least 20 minutes in total at a vehicle speed of 35 km/h (22 MPH) or more, on a road with many straight sections and clear lane markings on both sides (white, orange and dashed lines are acceptable).
  NOTE:

  • Always drive under such ambience (dimness) that the high beam light can turn to ON/OFF automatically.
  • Avoid a road with a center line only.
  • Avoid a road where the strong wind can blow the vehicle from side to side, and also avoid weaving within a lane. (Because the vehicle may judge that the lane is not straight.)
