July 1: So it begins. Don't worry, this is not in the correct legal jurisdiction!

Front Cushion Rubber

WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.
  1. Set the front cushion rubber, and install the bolts securing the front cushion rubber to the chain cover.

    Tightening torque: 

    25 N.m (2.5 kgf-m, 18.4 ft-lb)

  2. Install the bolts and nuts securing the front cushion rubber to the front mounting bracket.

    Tightening torque: 

    45 N.m (4.6 kgf-m, 33.2 ft-lb)

  3. Remove the lifting device and wire ropes.

  4. Remove the ST.

  5. Connect the engine harness connector.

  6. Install the collector cover bracket to the intake manifold.

    Tightening torque: 

    6.5 N.m (0.7 kgf-m, 4.8 ft-lb)

  7. Install the engine hanger bracket, and install the engine harness connector (A) to the engine hanger bracket.

    Tightening torque: 

    19 N.m (1.9 kgf-m, 14.0 ft-lb)

  8. Connect the sensor harness connector.

  9. Install the throttle body. Ref. to FUEL INJECTION (FUEL SYSTEMS) (H6DO)>THROTTLE BODY>INSTALLATION .
  10. Install the air intake boot. Ref. to INTAKE (INDUCTION) (H6DO)>AIR INTAKE BOOT>INSTALLATION .
  11. Install the air intake duct. Ref. to INTAKE (INDUCTION) (H6DO)>AIR INTAKE DUCT>INSTALLATION .
  12. Connect the ground terminal to battery sensor. Ref. to REPAIR CONTENTS>NOTE>BATTERY .
  13. Install the collector cover.
  14. Set the front hood to the normal position. Ref. to REPAIR CONTENTS>NOTE>FRONT HOOD DAMPER STAY .
  15. Close the front hood.
