Transmission Control Device: Installation

Install the detent spring.
Tightening torque:

7 N.m (0.7 kgf-m, 5.2 ft-lb)

Install the manual plate, parking rod, range select lever and bolt.
Tightening torque:

7 N.m (0.7 kgf-m, 5.2 ft-lb)

Install the spring pin.
NOTE: Use new spring pin.

Install the inhibitor switch. Ref. to CONTINUOUSLY VARIABLE TRANSMISSION (TR690)>Inhibitor Switch>INSTALLATION .
Adjust the inhibitor switch. Ref. to CONTINUOUSLY VARIABLE TRANSMISSION (TR690)>Inhibitor Switch>ADJUSTMENT .
Install the control valve body and oil pan. Ref. to CONTINUOUSLY VARIABLE TRANSMISSION (TR690)>Control Valve Body>INSTALLATION .
Install the transmission assembly to the vehicle. Ref. to CONTINUOUSLY VARIABLE TRANSMISSION (TR690)>Automatic Transmission Assembly>INSTALLATION .
