Shift Table

CAUTION: Make sure to get an assistant on the vehicle and have the person read the data.

NOTE:

Perform with the ATF oil temperature at 40 - 110°C (104 - 230°F).
Lockup does not occur at "1st gear of manual mode".
The shift does not change to 6th gear when the ATF temperature is less than 20°C (68°F).
Lockup does not occur when the ATF temperature is less than 20°C (68°F).
Acceleration slipping lock-up does not occur when the ATF temperature is less than 40°C (104°F) or 110°C (230°F) or more.
Reduction slipping lock-up does not occur when the ATF temperature is less than 20°C (104°F) or 110°C (230°F) or more.

Shift table

Using the Subaru Select Monitor, select [Data monitor] on the [Select Function] display.
Select [Vehicle Speed Signal], [Gear Position], [Accel. Opening Angle], [ATF Temp.] and [Coolant Temp.].
Confirm [Vehicle Speed Signal] when [Gear Position] is shifted up.

Lock-up

Using the Subaru Select Monitor, select [Data monitor] on the [Select Function] display.
Select [Vehicle Speed Signal], [Gear Position], [Accel. Opening Angle], [Engine Speed], [Turbine Revolution Speed], [Coolant Temp.] and [Lock up status].

While in a lock-up state, confirm that the difference between [Engine Speed] and [Turbine Revolution Speed] is 50 r/min or less.
