Entertainment System: Woofer: Inspection

  1. Check that no foreign matter has entered the speaker and that the speaker cone is not torn, deformed, or otherwise damaged.
  2. Measure the resistance between the speaker terminals.

      2 - 1 Always 4.0 - 6.0 Ω
    • OUTBACK model

      Terminal No. Inspection conditions Standard
      2 - 1 Always 2.75 - 4.75 Ω
  3. Replace the speaker assembly woofer if fault is found in the inspection.
