Removal (Non-Supercharged)

  1. Release fuel pressure. See FUEL SYSTEM PRESSURE RELEASE  under FUEL SYSTEM. Disconnect electrical connector at cold start injector. Cold start injector is located on the engine, below the service cover underneath the driver's seat. See Figure.
  2. Remove union bolt, gaskets and disconnect cold start injector fuel pipe from cold start injector. Remove bolts, cold start injector and gasket from air intake chamber.
