Test 13: Cc Ecu Back-Up Power Source

  1. Locate DOME fuse in relay box No. 2. See Figure. Remove DOME fuse and ensure fuse continuity. If fuse is okay, go to next step. If fuse is not okay, check for short between CC ECU connector C17 terminal No. 15/BATT (Blue/Yellow wire) and DOME fuse. Repair as necessary.
  2. Remove CC ECU with connector connected. Using voltmeter positive lead, backprobe CC ECU connector C17 terminal No. 15/BATT (Blue/Yellow wire). Ensure battery voltage exists between CC ECU connector C17 terminal No. 15 and ground. If voltage is as specified, go to test for next trouble code displayed or appropriate symptom under TROUBLE SHOOTING BY SYMPTOM  under TROUBLE SHOOTING. If voltage is not as specified, repair harness or connector between CC ECU and battery.
