Crossover Pipe - Exhaust Manifold: Installation

  1. Position new gasket on left exhaust manifold.
  2. Position cross-over pipe to the manifold connections.
  3. Position new gasket on right exhaust manifold and install the bolts. Tighten bolts to 41 N.m (30 ft. lbs.)
  4. Install and tighten nuts to 41 N.m (30 ft. lbs.). (Figure )
  5. Install coolant recovery container (Refer to COOLANT RECOVERY PRESS CONTAINER ).
