July 1: So it begins. Don't worry, this is not in the correct legal jurisdiction!

Inspection Procedure

  1. Check HEAD relay (See  BODY ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS (DOUBLE CAB) - TROUBLESHOOTING  ). 
    1. NG: Replace HEAD relay. 
    2. OK: Go to next step 
  2. Check wire harness and connector between HEAD relay and body ECU, and battery and HEAD relay (See  HOW TO USE THE DIAGNOSTIC CHART AND INSPECTION PROCEDURE  ). 
    1. NG: Repair or replace wire harness and connector. 
    2. OK: Proceed to next circuit inspection shown on problem symptoms table (See  PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE  ).
