THROTTLE BODY (for 4WD): Installation

1. Install the accelerator control bracket with 2 bolts.

   Torque: 13 N*m (133 kgf*cm, 9.6 ft.*lbf)

2. Install a new gasket onto the intake manifold, as shown in Fig 2.

3. Install the throttle body with 3 bolts and 2 nuts.

   Torque: 30 N*m (306 kgf*cm, 22 ft.*lbf)

4. Connect 2 water by-pass hoses to the throttle body.

5. Connect the PCV hose [E] to the throttle body.
6. Connect the throttle body idle air control valve assembly connector [F] to the throttle body.
7. Connect the throttle position sensor connector [G] to the throttle body.

1. Install the air cleaner cap.
2. Connect the air cleaner hose.

3. Connect 3 vacuum hoses [C] as shown in Fig 6.
4. Connect the VSV connector.
5. Connect the mass air flow meter connector.

1. Install the cylinder head cover No. 2 with 2 nuts and 2 clips.

   Torque: 7.0 N*m (71 kgf*cm, 62 in.*lbf) 

Torque: 5.4 N*m (55 kgf*cm, 48 in.*lbf)
