3.2.3 Adaptive Cruise Control Module, Removing and Installing, from Adapter Frame

Removing 

• Remove the Distance Regulation Control Module - J428-. Refer to 3.2.1 Adaptive Cruise Control Module, Removing And Installing, With Retaining Plate 
• Loosen the catches -1- on both sides in the direction of the -arrow A-.
• Remove the rain sensor trim -2-.
• Loosen the locking mechanisms -1- in the direction of the -arrow A-.
• Fold out the Distance Regulation Control Module - J428- -3- in the direction of the -arrow B-.
• Remove the Distance Regulation Control Module - J428- -3- from the adapter frame -2-.

Installing 

Install in the reverse order of removal. Note the following:

• Calibrate the adaptive cruise control. Refer to 3.3 Adaptive Cruise Control, Calibrating
