Checking the power supply and ground at the rear control module

Check the voltage to ground at rear control module terminal #B26 (#E6). The voltage must be at least battery voltage minus 3 V.

Check the control module connector. Check for contact resistance and oxidation. Check for loose connections. Check for damage carefully.

Check the wiring between rear control module terminal #B21 (#E1) and the ground terminal for an open-circuit according to Open-circuit, permanent faults .

Remedy as necessary.
