Camshaft Position Sensor: Removal
- Camshaft position sensor is located on rear of cylinder head, just below valve cover. See Figure .
- Disconnect air intake tubes for access to camshaft position sensor. Disconnect electrical connector at camshaft position sensor.
- Remove retaining bolts and camshaft position sensor with "O" ring. Remove screw and target magnet from rear of camshaft. See Figure .
