All Doors Except Driver Fail To Lock & Unlock

Possible Causes:
- PDC Fuse CTMA open.
- Door Unlock Relay Output circuit open.
- CTM - Door Unlock Driver circuit open.
CAUTION:
Always turn ignition off before disconnecting or connecting any control module connector. Failure to do so could result in damage to control module.
NOTE:
Ensure vehicle being tested has a fully charged battery. If it does not, false symptoms may occur.

NOTE:
PDC Fuse CTMA supplies power to the Door Lock Relay and to the right Headlamps.
Testing:
- Turn Headlamps on. Do right Headlamps operate properly? If yes, go to next step. If no, check PDC Fuse CTMA and diagnose any Exterior Lighting System symptoms. See SYMPTOM IDENTIFICATION .
- Turn ignition off. Disconnect CTM C2 harness connector. Measure resistance between CTM C2 harness connector terminals No. 4 and 5. Is resistance less than 3 ohms? If yes, go to next step. If no, repair open in Door Unlock Relay Output circuit. Perform BODY VERIFICATION TEST under VERIFICATION TESTS.
- If there are no Possible Causes remaining, replace CTM. Perform BODY VERIFICATION TEST under VERIFICATION TESTS.
