Water Pump Bolt 72-95 (8-11)
(1) Measure bolts prior to installation for proper length. If bolts exceed specification, replace bolt. See Fig 1.
(2) Tighten bolts an additional 90-95 degrees.
(3) Measure bolts prior to installation for proper length. If bolts exceed specification, replace bolt. See Fig 2.
(4) Tighten bolts to specification in sequence. See Fig 3.
(5) Tighten bolts to specification in sequence. See Fig 4.
(6) Tighten to 82-96 INCH Lbs. (9.3-10.8 N.m)
(7) Tighten bolts to specification in sequence. See Fig 5.
(8) Tighten to 44-86 INCH Lbs. (5-10 N.m).
(9) Tighten to specification in sequence. See Fig 6
(10) Measure bolts prior to installation for proper length. If bolts exceed specification, replace bolt. See Fig 7.
(11) Tighten bolts to specification in sequence. See Fig 8 and Fig 9 .
(12) Tighten to 80-94 INCH Lbs. (9-11 N.m).
(13) Tighten to specification in sequence. See Fig 10.
(14) Tighten to specification in sequence. See Fig 11.
(15) Tighten to specification in sequence. See Fig 12.
(16) Tighten to 19-23 ft. lbs. (26-31 N.m)
(17) Tighten to specification in sequence. See Fig 13.
(18) Tighten to specification in sequence. See Fig 14.
